With its 8 apartments and its large swimming pool, farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale is set in the heart of a 20 hectare woodland estate consisting of olive groves alternating with vineyards, fruit trees and forage cropland. The farmhouse sits in one of the region's most historically significant areas as it provided the backdrop for the celebrated battle of Lake Trasimeno and the legendary deeds of carthaginian general Hannibal.
On top of that, our farmhouse - which also operates as a farming business – also stands out for providing stunning views over Lake Trasimeno and being located on the border with Cortona, an ancient tuscan town wit Etruscan origins. La Sosta di Annibale includes eight apartments, furnished in a rustic tuscan style, beautifully converted from an old traditional farmhouse in keeping with local traditional architecture.
Tastefully and comfortably furnished, our apartments all come with their own kitchenette and a private, fully-equipped external space with table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. Set in the heart of a large green park, all apartments enjoy use of our stunning swimming pool.
